| 摘 要： | 以短序落葵薯为试验材料,用80%乙醇回流,热水提取,测定了其块根多糖的含量及多糖抗超氧阴离子自由基的能力。结果表明:供试液在3 h内显色稳定,重现性好,平均回收率为100.02%,RSD=0.97%(n=5);短序落葵薯块根多糖含量为12.8%,RSD=0.45%,并且该多糖对超氧阴离子自由基具有显著的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Taking Anredera scandens as the experimental material,the polysaccharide in its tuber was filtrated by hot water after back-flowing with 80% ethanol,and the content and antioxidant activity in vitro of the polysaccharide were determined.It was found that the color of the treated solution showed quite good stabilization within 3 hours,and the average recovery rate for polysaccharide measurement was 100.02% with RSD 0.97%(n=5).The content of polysaccharide in the tuber of Anredera scandens was 12.8% with RSD ... |
