离体根呼吸研究及其在原位根呼吸测量中的应用

摘    要:运用动态根箱方法,室内测量了马尾松和黄果厚壳桂离体根呼吸随离体时间的变化和在不同CO2浓度下根呼吸速率,并用根离体法在野外测量了鼎湖山针阔叶混交林根呼吸速率。结果表明,根离体后呼吸速率迅速下降,离体30 min后根呼吸速率为未离体时的50%左右,细根呼吸速率高于粗根,且下降速率高于粗根;CO2体积浓度在2 500×10-6条件下离体根呼吸速率为在400×10-6浓度下的33%左右。鼎湖山针阔叶混交林根呼吸速率雨季高于旱季,分别为(127±50)、(84±21)mg.m-2.h-1,主要与温度、土壤含水量和植物生长季节有关。

Abstract:Dynamic root chamber was employed to measure the root respiration rates of Pinus massoniana and Cryptocarya concinna in the laboratory.Respiration rates of the excised roots with time after excision and under different CO2 concentrations were studied.Root respiration rates under pine and broadleaf forest in Dinghushan Biosphere Reserve(DBR) were also investigated with excised root method in the field.The results showed that root respiration rates decreased sharply with the time after root excision,being reduced by about 50% after 30 minutes.Fine root respiration rates were higher than those of coarse roots,and the decline rates of fine excised roots were higher those of coarse ones.Excised root respiration rates under CO2 concentration of 2 500×10-6(V1/V2) were approximately 33% the rates under 400×10-6(V1/V2).Root respiration rates were higher in rainy season than those in dry season under pine and broadleaf forest in DBR,having the values of(127±50) and(84±21) mg·m-2·h-1,respectively.The difference could be attributed to the variations in temperature,soil water content and the plant growth season.
