| 摘 要： | 作为交通运输部提倡的先进道路运输组织方式,国家正积极倡导并大力推行甩挂运输业的发展.目前我国甩挂运输发展相对滞后.本文从政策制度、组织化程度、货运站场和运输车辆4方面对我国甩挂运输发展现状进行详细分析,并结合甩挂运输发展过程中存在的作业形式、信息化建设及政策落实情况等突出问题,应用鱼刺因果法分析制约我国甩挂运输发展的相关因素,并以此为依据提出促进我国甩挂运输发展的相关政策与措施建议.

| Abstract: | As one of the advanced modes of transportation that the Ministry of Transport advices, drop and pull transport is proposed to use and promoted to develop energetically by the country. Now the development of the drop and pull transport in China falls behind the developed countries. The paper analyzed the current status of the development of drop and pull transport in our country from policy system, the degree of organization, freight station, and transport vehicles. Combined with the outstanding problems such as operation modes, information construction, and policy implementation, the related elements that restricted its development were analyzed by using fish bone chart. Finally, some policies and suggestions were put forward to promote the development of drop and pull transport in our country. |
