摘    要:本研究依据寄主—病原物相互关系,对黑龙江主栽水稻品种空育131(含有pi-15(t)和pi-b基因)和对照品种丽江新团黑谷(不合抗性基因)接种弱毒力菌株LBDM-2后进行生化指标的测定,检测过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解胺酶(PAL)等保护酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化差异,确定出SOD、POD、CAT、PPO和PAL活性可以作为可靠的鉴定其抗性的辅助指标。

Abstract:Based on the reciprocal relations between the host of parasite and pathogen,we inoculate low -toxic strains LBDM -2 in rice varieties Kongyu131 (containing pi - 15 (t) and pi - b gene) which is rice accession in Heilongjiang province and the check varieties Lijiangxintuanheigu which don't contain resistant genes,After inoculation, the assay of the following phys- io- biochemical parameters in the rice leaves was carried out: soluble sugar, soluble protein, malondiadehyde (MDA), the phenylalanine ammonia lynase (PAL) ; peroxidase ( POD), polyphenoase ( PPO), superoxide dismutase ( SOD), catalase (CAT) ,and the relationship between the rice resistance and the ablove parameters were analyzed. We identify that SOD, POD, CAT, PPO and PAL activity can be identified as a reliable indicator of its resistance.
