摘    要:蔬菜是我们日常的食品,快速准确的植物重金属含量检测方法对于加强食品安全的监督和管理十分重要。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱ICP是一种金属元素分析的理想技术、是对生物及环境样品进行分析的常用手段。然而,不同的样品消解方法会给测定结果带来很大的差异。笔者利用ICP-OES技术,通过比较几种常用的酸消解方法包括酸用量及其配比对小青菜Cr、Pb、Cu和Zn含量的影响,得到了适合的酸消解体系为硝酸:硫酸:高氯酸=3:1:1。方法的精密度RSD在3.50%~6.33%,回收率Cr、Cu和Zn在92%以上、Pb为78%,表明该方法基本满足测试要求。试验结果可以为ICP-OES测定绿叶蔬菜的重金属元素提供有益的技术参考。

Comparison of Different Acid Digestion Methods forLeafy Vegetables in the Determination of Heavy Metals by ICP-OES
Abstract:Leafy vegetablesare the daily consumption food, a quick and accurate way in the determination of heavy metalsinplant samples is very important for the supervision and management of food safety. Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) is auniversal analysis technique for inorganic elements, especially for heavy metals,ICPis widely used in the analysis for biological and environmentalsamples. However, differentdigestion methodscould cause large differencesto the determined results. The authorsgained the proper acid digestion system,which wasHNO3:H2SO4:HClO4=3:1:1, based on the comparison of the effects of several ordinary digestion methods including the volumes of the acid used and their ratio on the concentration of Cu, Zn, Cr and Pb in pakchoi samples. The results showed that the relative standard deviations (RSD ) were in the range of 3.50%-6.33%, and the recoveryrates were above 92%for Cu, Zn and Cr, while 78% for Pb. The proposed method could be used for the examination of these heavy metals.The experiment provideduseful technical guidance for the determination of heavy metals in leafy vegetables by ICP-OES.
