大蒲葵叶斑病病原生物学特性研究

摘    要:对引起大蒲葵叶斑病的拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis neglecta)进行了生物学特性和形态学研究,结果表明该菌在10~30℃范围内均可生长,最适生长温度为25℃;该茵适宜在偏酸性基质中生长,最适pH值为5;供试碳源对茵丝生长的影响不显著,供试氮源中磷酸二氢铵较有利于茵丝生长.

Abstract:The biological characteristics and morphology of Pestalotiopsis neglecta,which could lead to leaf spot of Livistona saribus,were studied.The results showed that this pathogen could grow at the temperature from 10 ℃ to 30 ℃,and the optimum temperature for the growth was 25 ℃.It was suitable for Pestalotiopsis neglecta to grow in the nearly-acid substrate,and the optimum pH-value was 5.The tested carbon source had no significant influence on the hyphal growth,and among the tested nitrogen sources,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was beneficial to the hyphal growth.
