摘    要:从鄱阳湖地区3种耕作层的土壤中分离出17种菌株,经过初筛及复筛获得1株有较强絮凝活性的菌株( CSB3),经鉴定为革兰式阴性杆菌.采用单因素试验方法和正交试验设计方法,分析了影响絮凝效果的主要因素,对该菌株的最佳培养条件进行了优化研究.结果表明:金属离子Mg2+对产生菌的絮凝活性有较大影响,Mg2+更适合做该产生菌的助...
