摘    要:以盆栽3年生新红星/海棠为试材,应用高效液相色谱分析方法,研究了苹果不同类型根(生长根、吸收根)细胞分裂素(CTK)的周年动态,以及产生CTK量、种类的差异。苹果新根1年中有3次CTK含量形成高峰,其中,以春季最高,夏季次之,秋季最低,而且吸收根产生的量大。生长根和吸收根中玉米素(Z)、玉米素核苷(ZR)有明显差异。春季吸收根中ZR呈波动式变化,而生长根中有一明显高峰;夏季生长根中ZR高峰以吸收根中的提早出现。除春季吸收根中Z含量低于生长根外,其它时期吸收相中Z.ZR的含量均高于生长根。

Abstract:Three year-old potted apple (Starkrimson / M. Prunifolia) were used to study seasonal variations of CTK of different types of apple root. The results were as follows: (1)Thecontents of cytokinin in apple roots showed three peaks in a year, the highest appeared inspring, the second, appeared in summer, is lower, the lowest appeared in autumn, and thecontents of CTK in absorbing roots were large. (2)There were some differences between thecontents of both Z and ZR in absorbing roots and those in extensive roots. The contents ofZR in absorbing roots fluctuated in spring, but there was a peak in extensive roots. ThePeak of ZR in extensive roots came earlier than that in absorbing roots in summer. The contents of both Z and ZR in absorbing roots were higher than those in extensive roots in ayear except the contents of Z in spring.
