摘    要:利用NaCl、KCl、C6H12O6各配制成8个不同浓度的溶液,彩鲫精子在4g/LNaCI溶液、3.5g/L KCl溶液、1.5g/L C6H12O6溶液中的活力最强,寿命最长。在NaCl、KCl溶液中,彩鲫精子快速运动时间和变化规律基本上一致。葡萄糖溶液在低浓度下有效延长精子寿命,表明彩鲫精子具有利用外源性葡萄糖的能力,但在5g/L C6H23O6溶液时,就完全抑制精子的活动。

Abstract:NaCl,KCl,C6H12O6 was used to prepared eight different concentration solutions. The sperm of Crucian carp has the strongest capability at the concentration of NaCl on 4 g/L, KCl on 3.5 g/L and C6H12O6 on 1.5 g/L, and the sperm of Crucian carp had the same moving time in NaCl,KCl solution. Glucose solution can extend the life of the sperm in low density situation. It indicated that the sperm of Crucian carp had the ability to make use of external glucose. But C6H12O6 was at the concentration of 5g/L, the sperm is completely restrained.
