菌株N3和TP-3的分类鉴定及保水效果研究

摘    要:用多相分类的方法对2株生物聚合物合成菌进行了鉴定,通过形态学、生理生化和16S rDNA系统进化分析,鉴定菌株N3为泛菌属,菌株TP3为鞘氨醇单胞菌属。N3和TP3合成的生物聚合物具有协效增粘性,将这两种菌剂混合喷洒在沙土表面,能够形成致密的结皮,从而显著提高沙土的持水能力;试验第15天,N3和TP3混合处理组的含水量为2.1%,是对照的10.5倍,是N3和TP3单独处理组含水量的3倍和1.6倍。这种由混合菌剂形成的结皮不会影响种子的萌发,且能增加幼苗的成活率。

Abstract:Strain N3 and TP3 synthesize biopolymers with properties of thickening.The taxonomic position was investigated by a polyphasic approach.According to the characteristics of morphology,physiology and biochemistry tests and phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences,strain N3 was identified as genus Pantoea,strain TP3 was identified as genus Sphingomonas.The biopolymers produced by strain N3 and TP-3 had definite synergistic thickening characteristics.The culturing solution of strain N3 and TP3 were sprinkled on the surface of sand,and the conglutinating sand with a compact bacteria crust could be formed and improve the water conservation capacity of the sand.The 15th day of the test,the water content of the experimental group treated simultaneously by N3 and TP3 reached 2.1%,10.5 times of the CK,and 3 and 1.6 times of the experimental group separately treated by N3 and TP3.This crust had not negative effects on seed germination,and coluld increase the survival rate of seedlings.
