| 摘 要： | 用从自然感染奇异变形杆菌病濒死雏鸡脑组织中分离出的奇异异变形杆菌８９０４０１菌株，对２０只健康雏鸡进行了接种感染，对比观察了外周备注和免疫器官的免疫活性细胞的变化。结果表明：实验性鸡奇异变形杆菌病，免疫器官中各类免疫活性细胞数和对照组比较均呈现不同程度的减少，其中胸腺以皮质区ＡＮＡＥ＋Ｔ淋巴细胞和髓质区ＡＮＡＥ＋巨噬细胞数、成熟型浆细胞数的减少量为明显；法氏囊以髓质中ＰＭＧ＋浆细胞总数的减少，特别

| Abstract: | 20 healthy chickens were inoculated with the prtens mirabilis strain 890401 separated from the brain tissues of the dying chickens infected naturally with prtens mirabilis disease, and the changes of external-circulated blood and immune - active cells of immune organs were comparatively observed. The result indicated that compar-ing with the contrast group,the numbers of all kinds of immune- active cells in the im-mune organs, reduced at different extent of which, in chest gland, the numbers of ANAE+T lymphocytes in cortex,of ANAE+ macrophage cells in marrow and of ma-ture-type plasma cells reduced most apparently;in bursa of Fabricius, the numbers of total PMG +plasma cells in marrow reduced mainly, especially that of mature - type plasma cells. The percentage of ANAE+T lymphocytes in external -circulated blood al-so reduced apparently compared with the contrast group. |
