家蚕异时性基因Bmlin-28的克隆及表达研究

摘    要:本文通过对其他物种中相关基因的同源比对,首次在家蚕中鉴定了异时性基因Bmlin-28,并对其时空表达模式进行了分析。Bmlin-28在家蚕大造品种5龄3d的卵巢、精巢、血液中特异表达,其中在卵巢中的表达量最高;在3龄前期的表达量要高于3龄后期。

Abstract:Based on the sequence information of the heterochronic gene lin - 28 from multiple species, a cDNA, putatively encoding a heterochronic gene, was isolated from silkworm, Dazao strain. RT-PCR analysis showed that Brnlin - 28 displayed a tissue/stage-specific expression profile, expressed in the ovary, testis and hemocyte of day 3 fifth instar lavrae, with the highest expression level in the ovary. In addition, its temporal expression pattern was characterized, The expression level was higher in the early 3rd instar larvae than in the late 3rd instar larvae.
