| 摘 要： | 分析了我国草原资源目前面临的严峻危机,如草原退化形势严峻、自然灾害严重、人为破坏加剧、生物灾害问题突出、牲畜超载率居高不下、草原过度开发问题突出。指出我国草原科研教学整体上还处于落后水平,一方面与农林牧及海洋等学科相比,草原科研教学明显落后,另一方面,与国外草原大国相比,我国草原科研教学严重滞后,强调草原科研教学相对落后的现状亟待改变。最后从整合科研资源、加大政策扶持力度、加强国际合作、挖掘文化资源4个方面提出加快草原大学和草原科学建设的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current severe crisis of grassland resources in China, such as the severe grassland degradation, serious natural disasters, aggravating man-made disasters, prominent biological disasters, high rate of overloading of livestock, and the problems of grassland over exploitation.It points out that the teaching and science research of grassland in China is still at a low level.Compared with the disciplines such as agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and oceanography, grassland teaching and scientific research is obviously insufficient.On the other hand, compared with the western countries, the teaching and scientific research of grassland is seriously lagging, and the current situation of grassland in China needs to be changed.Finally, this paper puts forward policy recommendations to accelerate the construction of grassland science from four aspects:the integration of scientific research resources, increasing policy support force, strengthening grassland cooperation, and integrating cultural resources. |
