摘    要:目的]研究洱海流域畜禽粪便、饲料和土壤中的四环素类抗生素残留状况。方法]以云南省洱海流域养殖业链为研究对象,采样分析了11个饲料样品、10个粪便样品、21个土壤样品中土霉素、四环素、金霉素残留状况。结果]饲料中四环素、土霉素、金霉素的检出率分别为100%、100%、50%,其中猪饲料中土霉素、金霉素含量最高,其次是鸡饲料,奶牛饲料添加的抗生素相对较低;粪样中土霉素检出率为100%,四环素检出率为80%,金霉素检出率为90%,其中鸡粪中残留的抗生素最高;土壤抗生素残留较低,金霉素的检出率为66.6%,四环素、土霉素均未检出。结论]洱海流域养殖业残留抗生素对环境和人体健康的风险较低。

Abstract:Objective]To study the status of residue of tetracyclines antibiotics in livestock manures,feed and soil in Erhai-Lake Basin.Method]Taking the breeding industry chain as a case,some samples were collected in Erhai Lake in Yunnan Province,including 11 samples of feed,10 samples of livestock and poultry manures,21 samples of soil.The residue of oxytetracycline,tetracycline,and chlortetracycline were analyzed.Result]The results showed that the detection rate of tetracycline,oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline were 100%,100%,50% in the feed.The contents of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline in pig feeds were the highest.The contents in chicken feeds and dairy cattle feeds were relatively low.In the samples of livestock and poultry manures,the detection rate of oxytetracycline was 100%,the detection rate of tetracycline was 80%,while the detection rate of chlortetracycline was 90%.The residue of the antibiotics in chicken manures was the highest and the residue of the antibiotics in soil was relatively low.The detection rate of the chlortetracycline was 66.6%,the oxytetracycline and tetracycline were not detected in chicken manures.Conclusion]This research indicated there is a lower risk of antibiotic conta mination in Erhai-Lake Basin.
