摘    要:通过分析畜产食品工艺学课程的教学现状,探讨了在畜产食品工艺学课程中引入PBL-LBL相结合的教学模式的必要性及其教学改革应用,包括课前准备、课堂教学及考核评定,旨在为今后教学提供理论指导,以适应现代创新型人才培养的要求。

Exploration and Practice of the PBL-LBL Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Animal Food Technology
Abstract:Based on the analysis of the teaching fact of the course of Animal Food Technology,a combined PBL and LBL teaching mode was in-troduced into the teaching reform of the course. The necessity of the teaching mode and the application in the teaching reform including pre-class preparation,classroom teaching and teaching evaluation were all discussed. This exploration was hoped to provide some theoretical guidance for the future teaching in order to meet the requirements of the training of modern creative talents.
