小麦根际线虫种群数量动态研究初探

摘    要:本文对小麦不同生育期根际线虫种群数量动态进行了研究,在小麦根际中,寄生线虫占线虫总数的54.4%,腐生线虫占36.69%。肉食性线虫占3.6%。矛线类线虫占5.28%。寄生线虫中共鉴定出七个属,其中以螺旋线虫属(Helicotvlenchus),短体线虫属(Pratylenchus)为最多,小麦根际线虫的水平分布,以近根处为最多,距根越远,线虫密度有所降低,垂直分布,以0~20cm深的耕作层内线虫密度最大,且寄生性线虫比例较高,腐生性线虫则以15~20cm上层内为最高,而捕食类线虫以20~30cm上层内比例最高,矛线类线虫多分布于30~40cm上层内,小麦生育期对根际线虫密度有影响,从灌浆到完熟,根际线虫密度趋向减少。

Abstract:The change of population number of rhizosphere nematodes during different growth stages of wheat was studied. Parasitic nematodes were 54.4 per cent of total nematodes, saprotic nematodes 36.69 per cent. sarcophagous nematodes 3.6 per cent. Dorylaimidae nematodes 5.28 per cent. Seven genera of parasitic nematodes were identified, and nematodes Helicotylenchus. Pratylenchus were two main genera of parasitic nematodes. The density of nematodes in horizontal distribution was much higher in the rhizosphere than far from the rhizosphere of wheat. The density of nematodes in vertical distribution was highest in the soil depth of 0-20cm. The highest rate of parasitic nematodes. saprotie nematodes, sarcophagous nematodes and Dorylaimidae nematodes was in the soil depth of 0-20, 15-20,20-30 and 30-40cm, respectively. The different growth stages of wheat affect- ed the density of rhizosphere nematodes which was gradually reduced from the milking stage to the maturing stage of wheat.
