黄精多糖提取液的活性炭脱色研究

摘    要:采用颗粒活性炭为脱色剂,研究了脱色时间、脱色温度、活性炭用量等因素对黄精多糖提取液的脱色率以及多糖保留率的影响,并用正交实验探究其最佳脱色条件。结果表明:用2%活性炭,在50℃时脱色40min的效果好,是最佳脱色条件。

Abstract:With partical active carbon as decolorant, the influence of decoloring time, decoloring temperture and the amount of active carbon on polysaccharide yield ratio and discoloration ratio of the extract polysaccharide from Polygonatum were studied in this paper, and the best condition for the discoloration of polysaccharide were also studied. The results indicated that, with the decoloring condition of 50℃ ,40 min and 2% active carbon, the polysaccharides yield ratio and discoloration ratio were pretty high.
