鹅源高活力纤维素分解菌的分离鉴定

摘    要:利用纤维素刚果红培养基初筛,滤纸失重和酶活测定试验复筛,从鹅盲肠筛选到1株纤维素分解能力较强的真菌F67。经中国科学院微生物研究所鉴定,F67为草酸青霉,微生物保藏号为CGMCC NO.2260。该菌在以纤维素为唯一碳源的培养液中,28℃振荡培养8 d,滤纸纤维素失重率达28.53%,滤纸酶活力(FPA)可达449.79 U/g。试验结果还表明,真菌分解纤维素的能力最强,放线菌次之,细菌最差。

Abstract:Using cellulose-congo red medium for the first screening and in combination of the filter paper weight losing test and enzyme activity measuring test,a high cellulose-decomposing bacteria named F67 was obtained from the caecum of geese.It was cultured in a liquid medium with cellulose as the sole carbon source.Culturing at 28 ℃ for 8 days,the decomposed ratio of the filter paper cellulose was 28.53% and the filter paper enzyme activity(FPA) was 449.79 U/g.Through authenticating,F67 was Penicillium oxalicum Currie & Thom.The results showed that epiphyte had the best ability to decompose crude fiber,the following was actinomyces and the worst was bacterium.
