关于《发酵工艺原理》的教学改革探索

摘    要:发酵技术是生物技术的重要组成部分,它不仅可利用天然微生物,也可利用基因重组技术和细胞融合技术得到的新菌种或动植物细胞制得产物,它还是生产酶的一种必要手段。发酵工艺原理作为生物工程基础专业课,是高职高专学院必修的一门课程。如何让学生更好地学习这门课程,值得深入思考。

Abstract:Ferment technology is one important part of bio-technology,which not only can make use of natural microorganism,also can make use of gene reorganization technology and cell fusion technology to get new kinds of germ or the products from animal and plant cells.And it is also one necessary mean to produce enzyme.As one specialized foundation course,Ferment Craft Principle is one required course in high vocational colleges.Should think deeply about how to let students better study this course.
