基于生态足迹模型的连云港市可持续发展能力评价

摘    要:运用生态足迹模型对连云港市2004年的生态足迹,主要包括生物资源消费和能源消费两部分进行计算,评价研究了该市可持续发展状况。结果表明,连云港市2004年人均生态足迹为1.988 hm2,人均生态承载力为0.704 hm2,人均生态赤字为1.369 hm2。人均生态足迹赤字是人均生态承载力的2.2倍。连云港市2004年人均生态足迹是全国人均生态足迹(1.5 hm2)的1.33倍,而人均生态承载力又低于全国人均水平(0.700 hm2),这反映出生态足迹需求超过了其生态承载力,影响了该市的可持续发展。最后提出相关对策建议。

Abstract:The ecological footprint of Lianyungang is calculated and analysed with the ecological footprint model.The results showed that the ecological footprint per capita of Lianyungang in 2004 was 1.988 hm2 and the ecological deficit per capita was 1.369 hm2.The result mentioned-above showed that the demand of ecological footprint was beyond the ecological carrying capability of Lianyungang,which affected the sustainable development of the city.The tactics were suggested finally.
