黑龙江省大豆根腐病株上镰孢菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要:2007年8月至2008年9月在黑龙江省哈尔滨、齐齐哈尔、牡丹江、佳木斯、黑河、五大连池等大豆产区采集大豆根腐病病株42株,共分离获得362株镰孢菌。通过纯化培养和形态学鉴定,确定它们属于8种镰孢菌,其中F.oxysporum和F.solani的分离频率最高,分别为15.24%和16.90%。并对这8种镰孢菌的形态学特征进行了描述。

Abstract:During August, 2007 to September, 2008, total 42 root-rot soybean plants were collected in the soybean growing areas of Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi, Heihe and Wudalianchi of Hei-longjiang Province, from which 362 strains of Fusarium species were isolated. Based on morphological characteristics, these strains were identified as eight species of Fusarium.
