小麦冠层叶片性状的遗传模型研究

摘    要:连续两年随机选用8个小麦品种(系)组配成双列杂交组合,研究了小麦冠层叶片性状的遗传模型。结果表明,旗叶基角和鞘长、倒二叶宽为加性一显性模型遗传;倒二叶的基角和开张角均为加性模型遗传;旗叶开张角遗传受环境条件影响,第一年为加性-显性-上位性模型遗传,第二年为加性-显性模型遗传;旗叶长、宽和倒二叶鞘长第一年均为加性一显性模型遗传,第二年均为加性模型遗传;倒二叶长第一年为加性一显性模型遗传,第二年为加性-显性-上位性模型遗传;还分析了控制各性状的显隐性基因在各亲本中的分布及其显性程度。最后,讨论了冠层叶片性状的后代选择和亲本组配等问题。

Abstract:A set of diallel crosses involving 8 parents were made to study the genetic model of wheat canopy leaf characters in two years. The results showed that the inheritance of flag leaf basal angle and leaf sheath length and top 2nd leaf width fit additive-dominance model, the inheritance of basal angle and open angle of top 2nd leaf fit additive model; the inheritance of open angle of flag leaf was affected by environment, fit additive-dominance-epistasis model in first year, fit additive-dominance model in second year; the inheritance of length, width of flag leaf and leaf sheath length of top 2nd leaf fit additive-dominance model in first year, fit additive model in second year; the inheritance of length of top 2nd leaf fit additive-dominance model in first year, fit additive-dominance-epistasis model in second year. Distribution of dominance and recessive alleles governed all characters in all parents and dominance degree were analysis. Finally, offspring selecting and selecting parents to cross of canopy leaf characters were discussed.
