| 摘 要： | 为研究TDZ（Thidiazuron）对寒地葡萄品种果实品质的影响，对‘京亚’和‘87—1’葡萄品种进行了试验，结果表明，TDZ可显著增加‘京亚’和‘87—1’葡萄的果粒重，明显提高可溶性固形物含量，有降低酸度的趋势，TDZ对‘京亚’葡萄处理浓度以5mg／L为宜；经TDZ处理的葡萄果粒膨大效果显著高于国光吡效隆，但与公主岭1、2号的配合处理效果相当；花前GA3无核化处理只起到无核化作用，对后期的果粒膨大影响不大．25，50mg/LGA3处理均达到100％的无核果率．

| Abstract: | The effects of TDZ(Thidiazuron)on the quality of grape varieties 'Jingya' and('87-1')in cold area indicated that the fruit weight and soluble solid were increased by TDZ treatment significantly and acid degree declined trendly.5 mg/L TDZ was suitable to'Jingya'.For 'Jingya' grape,its fruit enlargement treated by TDZ was significantly higher than 'Guoguang' forchlorfenuron treatment,but equivalent to the effects of mixed 'Gongzhuling No.1' and 'Gongzhuling No.2'.Before blooming GA_3 treatment was efficient for seedlessness,but the effect of fruit enlargement was not significant during the end growth period.Treatment of GA_3 25 mg/L and 50 mg/L could both reach 100% seedless. |
