| 摘 要： | 从采食3种营养水平全饲粮颗粒料的27只育肥公绵羊羔中，选择期末活体重近组均值的12只（每处理组4只），禁食24h后屠宰，测定其消化道各部位容积和内容物重；选择12只（每处理组4只），饱饲后屠宰，测定其消化道内容物重。结果表明，试羊全消化道与发酵部位相对容积(%活体重)、大肠与发酵部位相对容积（%胃肠总容积）、消化道内容物量（g/kg活体重或g/kg空体重）随饲料中粗料比例上升显著增大（P<0.05）或有增大的趋势。试羊饱饲后胃肠道内容物量约为禁食24h的1.55倍。

| Abstract: | Twenty-seven ram lambs were divided into three groups and fed with three
pelleted complete diets which had different concentrate-roughage ratio for fifty days respectively.
In the end of trial, four lambs were selected from each group and slaughtered after fasting 24
hours. Other four lambs were selected from each group and slaughtered immediately after feeding
fully. Then the gastrointestinal volume and content weight in different sections of the tract were
measured. The results indicate that total volume of gastrointestinal tract (% live-weight), the
volume of ferment sections (% live-weight and % volume of the tract ) and the volume of large
intestines (% volume of the tract ) increased significantly (P＜0.05) or trended to increase with the
raise of roughage rate in diet, so did the weight of content (g kgEBW-1) in gastrointestinal
tract .The weight of content in gastrointestinal tract after feeding fully was 1.55 times as big as
that after fasting 24 hours. |
