| 摘 要： | 南方集体林区,在林权重新配置到林农手中后,发生大量林权交易,这些交易中暴露出诸多亟待解决的问题。运用信息经济学相关理论,联系某地林权流转实践,经分析发现,信息不完全、信息不对称等问题是当前面临的难题,这将导致林农在林权交易中利益的损失。通过采取完善农村林权交易市场信息系统、出台林权交易管理办法、加强林权交易市场制度建设、促进交易中介组织的形成和发展、提升林农的信息收集水平及其信息甄别能力等措施解决这些问题。

| Abstract: | A targe amount of transaction on forest right has been conducted since forest right was allocated to foresters in the collective forest area of southern China.With theories of Economics of Information,it is found that forest right trade market is full of defects for information asymmetry and information imperfectness,which will cause foresters to lose benefits during the trading process. Great efforts shall be made to perfect the information system of the forest right trade market,improve institution system of the forests right trade market,set up management rules for forest right trade market,promote development of the forester self-managed organizations and improve foresters' abilities to collect and make correct judgement of market information so as to solve information problems of forest right trade market. |
