‘金薄香’核桃新品种同工酶分析初报

摘    要:以‘金薄香’8个核桃新品种为试材,利用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶电泳技术对淀粉酶(AMY)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)4种同工酶进行电泳图谱分析。对AMY、PPO、SOD、POD酶谱特征及表达率进行分析,探讨了供试8个‘金薄香’品种的起源及亲缘关系。初步结果表明,‘金薄香’的AMY、SOD、POD同工酶谱带差异较明显,可以作为对其进行辅助鉴定的有效方法。

Abstract:Isoenzymes of amylase,polyphenol oxidase,superoxide dismutase and peroxidase in 8 walnut cultivars at different developmental stages were studied by using PAGE.Based on the relations between the origin and derivation of 8 cultivars by analysis of the zymogram characteristics and expression rates of four isozymes,the results showed that the obvious difference among isoenzyme bands of Jinboxiang series of walnut could be used as effective method to the assistant identification of these cultivars.
