| 摘 要： | 松树一般指松科松属树种，具有多种功能，其中一项重要功能就是为人类提供食用种子。但全世界100多个松树树种并非均能提供适合于食用的松籽，能够提供适合于人类食用种子的松树统称为食用松。文中对世界范围内食用松的食用价值、主要种类、分布、利用状况等进行了简要概述，并对红松、西伯利亚红松、意大利石松等几种重要食用松的研究开发现状进行了总结分析，以期为我国食用松开发利用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Pine trees, usually referred to the species in the genus of Pinus, Pinaceae, are of the multi-functions. One of their important functions is to provide edible pine nuts for human beings. But it is not all the more than 100 pine species being able to provide edible pine nuts. Actually, only pines that can provide proper edible nuts are called edible nut pine trees. This paper briefly reviewed the edible value, main species, distribution and utilization of the edible nut pine trees, and analyzed the research and development of some important nut pine species like Pinus koraiensis, P. sibirica and P. pinea. The aim is to provide references for the development and utilization of edible nut pine species in China. |
