Ag/TiO2-PVA复合膜的光降解性能研究

摘    要:分别采用抗坏血酸还原法和光化学沉积法,将Ag掺杂到TiO2中,以聚丙烯无纺布为基膜,制备了Ag/TiO2—PVA复合膜以减少TiO2的流失和提高对太阳光的吸收,并对Ag/TiO2-PVA复合膜进行了SEM和XRD表征,以紫外光、模拟太阳光为光源,分别研究了Ag/TiO2-PVA复合膜对有机染料活性翠兰、甲基橙的光催化降解效果,以考察Ag/TiO2-PVA复合膜的催化作用。SEM和XRD的分析结果表明:上述两种方法均能有效地在聚丙烯无纺布表面形成Ag/TiO2-PVA复合膜,抗坏血酸法制备的Ag/TiO2—PVA复合膜的Ag/TiO2负载量高于光化学沉积法。染料废水处理实验结果表明:TiO2/Ag—PvA复合膜对活性翠蓝废水及甲基橙废水的紫外光降解,具有很好的催化作用;对活性翠蓝废水的自然光降解的催化作用不明显,但是对甲基橙废水的自然光降解催化作用较明显。

Research on Light Degradation Performance of Ag/TiO2--PVA Composite Membrane

Abstract:In this paper,ascorbic acid reduction method and photochemical deposition method are used to prepare TiO2/ Ag--PVA composite membrane. Ag is doped into TiO2 and polypropylene non--woven fabrics (NWF) is used as base membrane. The purpose is to reduce loss of TiO2 and to enhance the absorption of sunlight. TiO2/Ag--PVA composite membrane is characterized by SEM and XRD. The photocatalytic degradation impact of TiO2/Ag--PVA composite membrane using UV light and simulated sunlight as light source on organic dyes (reactive blue and methyl orange) is studied to investigate its catalytic action. The analysis results of SEM and XRD show ~hat TiO2/Ag--PVA composite membrane can be effectively formed on the surface of polypropylene non--woven fabrics by using the above two meth- ods. But the load of Ag/TiO2 on TiO2/Ag--PVA composite membrane prepared by ascorbic acid method is higher than that of by photochemical deposition method. Experimental results of dye wastewater treatment show that TiO2/Ag- PVA composite membrane has good catalytic action to UV degradation in reactive turquoise blue wastewater and methyl orange wastewater. Its catalytic action to nature light degradation in reactive turquoise blue wastewater is not obvious, but the catalytic action to nature light degradation in methyl orange wastewater is obvious.
