摘    要: 以县为单位普查小流域的数量和质量。收集和整理小流域数据,进行元数据标准化。基于“3S”技术建立小流域空间数据库。在此基础上,应用虚拟GIS建立小流域信息系统,实现全县水土流失的三维动态查询。

Abstract:The quantity and quality of all small watersheds were investigated and analyzed with a county as unit. The available data for watersheds were assembled and consolidated and the metadata were standardized. Then, the spatial database was set up based on "3S" technological system. The three-dimensional inquiring system was realized by information system of small watersheds built by dummy GIS.
