翅荚木嫁接正交试验

摘    要:翅荚木是我国一种特有珍稀速生树种,为寻求翅荚木最好的嫁接方法,在2008年和2009年连续2年采用L9(34)正交试验,通过试验确定翅荚木嫁接宜在每年3月初树液开始流动而未萌芽时进行,采用切接法嫁接,用一年生枝条作接穗,边采枝边嫁接,用10 mg.L-1GGR溶液浸泡2 h,嫁接成活率较高。

Abstract:Zenia insignis is a unique rare fast-growing species in China.In order to seek the best grafting method for Zenia insignis,the L9(3^4) orthogonal test of grafting was conducted in 2008 and 2009.The results showed that,the best grafting time was at the beginning of March each year when the sap began to flow without sprout.Given the factors combination of cut-grafting method,annual shoot as scion soaked in 10 mg·L^-1 GGR for 2 h and grafting immediately while picking shoot,the grafted plants had higher surviving rate.
