| 摘 要： | 移风易俗是乡村治理的重要抓手,也是乡村治理的主要内容。深入开展移风易俗工作的关键在于运用高效、科学的乡村治理手段。在移风易俗工作中创新引入“三治融合”的基层治理方法,通过鼓励群众参与自治、加快制定法律法规、打造专属德治品牌、明晰“三治”内在联系和聚合多元治理主体等措施,发挥“三治”在移风易俗工作中的最大效能,形成科学化、规范化的善治局面。

| Abstract: | Changing old customs is important breakthrough and main content of rural governance.The key to further carry out the work of changing old customs is to use efficient and scientific rural governance methods.It is proposed to introduce the primary-level governance method of "three governance integration",encourage the masses to participate in self-governance,accelerate formulation of laws and regulations,build exclusive moral governance brand,clarify internal link of "three governance" and converge multiple governance subjects,etc.,so as to exert the greatest effect of "three governance" in the work of changing old customs,form scientific and standardized situation of good governance. |
