不同断奶日龄对湖羊羔羊生产性能、内脏器官发育及瘤胃形态参数的影响

摘    要:将132只湖羊羔羊按断奶日龄随机分为30日龄组、45日龄组、60日龄组和对照组(随母哺乳至75日龄),研究不同断奶日龄对其生长性能、屠宰性能、内脏器官发育及瘤胃形态参数的影响,以确定湖羊羔羊适宜的断奶日龄。结果表明:30和45日龄组与对照组相比,羔羊早期生长缓慢,但60日龄之后生长加快,且以45日龄组增加最快。140日龄的宰前活质量和胴体质量、瘤胃乳头长度和宽度,30和45日龄组显著高于60日龄组和对照组,且以45日龄组最大。屠宰率、净肉率和心脏、肝脏、瘤胃及小肠质量,4组间无显著性差异,但45日龄组高于其他3组。综上,早期断奶可以促进湖羊羔羊生长发育,且断奶日龄以45日龄为宜。

Abstract:132 Hu lambs were randomly divided into 30, 45, 60 days of age weaner group and control group which were reared to 75 days of age by ewe.The experiment was conducted to study effect of different weaned days of age on growth and slaughter performance, internal organ development and morphological structure with rumen papillae, and to screen suitable weaning time of Hu lambs. The result indicated that 30 and 45 days of age weaner groups grew more slowly during early stage, but the growth accelerated after 60 days of age compared with control group, and 45 days of age weaner group was the fastest in mass gain.Live mass and carcass mass for 140 days of age, and rumen papilla height and width for 30 and 45 days of age weaner groups were significantly higher than 60 days of age weaner group and control group, and 45 days of age weaner group was the greatest. There was no significant difference in dressing percentage,pure meat percentage,heart,liver, rumen and small intestine mass among all the groups, but 45 days of age weaner group was higher than the other three groups. In conclusion, early weaning is beneficial to facilitate growth and development of Hu lambs, and 45 days of age is the best weaning time.
