摘    要:旨在利用功能基因组注释的方法,深入挖掘解淀粉芽孢杆菌BLCC1-0238基因组中与益生作用密切相关的功能基因。结果表明,解淀粉芽孢杆菌BLCC1-0238的基因组大小约为3.88 Mb,含有3 941个编码序列,有8个基因簇参与聚酮类化物、非核糖体脂肽和芽孢杆菌素的生物合成,部分基因簇参与环状脂肽罗克霉素的合成;该菌还具有1个编码肽基脯氨酰异构酶的基因,12个与耐酸相关的基因和7个参与编码水解酶的基因。综上所述,这些基因的存在有助于动物机体对抗病原菌和胁迫因素,还有利于对营养物质的消化和 吸收。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to dig deep into functional genes closely related to beneficial properties in the genome of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens BLCC1-0238 by functional genome annotation. The results showed that the genome size of B.amyloliquefaciens was approximate 3.88 Mb with 3 941 encoding sequences, 8 gene clusters were involved in the synthesis of non-ribosomal lipopeptides, polyketides, and bacilysin, and some gene clusters participated in the synthesis of cyclic lipopeptide.In addition,1 gene encoding a peptidylprolyl isomerase,12 genes related with acid tolerance,and 7 genes encoding hydrolase were found in the genome of B.amyloliquefaciens BLCC1-0238. In conclusion, these genes help animal hosts combat pathogens and stress factors, and improve the digestion and absorption of nutrition.
