摘    要:感官质量评价属于烤烟品质评价的重要方面。基于物元可拓理论,利用烤烟感官质量的等级及影响因子,构造经典域物元和节域物元,应用物元和可拓集合中的关联函数,建立烤烟感官质量的物元可拓评价模型,并对四川省6个主产烟区的烤烟感官质量进行了评价。结果表明,攀枝花、凉山、宜宾三市的烤烟感官质量均属于最高级别,其中以凉山的烤烟感官质量状况最优。评价结果与实际情况吻合良好,表明将物元可拓模型运用到烤烟感官质量评价中是合理可行的。
