瑞拉菌素浸种处理对附子种根发生和种苗形态的影响

摘    要:采用室内盆栽法,研究瑞拉菌素对附子种根发生和种苗形态的影响。结果表明,随瑞拉菌素稀释倍数的降低,子根长度、数目和鲜干质量均增大;而侧根长度先增大后减小,侧根数则随稀释倍数的降低而减小,其中在800倍液处理下侧根数最大,侧根鲜干质量在400倍液处理下最小,200倍下最大且显著高于CK2。瑞拉菌素浸种处理后的附子幼苗的苗高、展开叶数和地上部分鲜干质量均高于CK2,且800倍液和200倍液处理下表现突出。与多菌灵相比,瑞拉菌素对附子浸种是安全的,其200倍稀释液最适宜浸种。

Abstract:Effects of zuelaemycin soaking treatment on root occurrence and seedling morphology of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.were investigated by using pot-culture method.The results showed that with the increasing of zuelaemycin concentration,length,number and fresh and dry weight of seminal root were increased.The length of lateral roots first increased and then decreased.Lateral root number decreased with the increase of zuelaemycin concentration,reaching its maximum under 800 times solution.Fresh and dry weight of ...
