| 摘 要： | 《中共中央关于加快农业发展若干问题的决定》是新中国成立以来真正具有现代化意义的经济纲领。它深刻分析了70年代末中国农业经济的现状,明确认识到农业发展和国民经济其他部门的关系,农业发展对工业化、现代化的重要性。它的出台是中国共产党顺应中国历史发展实际的产物;文件本身体现了中国现代化进程中的必须发展现代农业这个核心内容;并且强调必须走中国特色的农业现代化道路。此外,该决定还含有与中国建设现代化相关的丰富内涵,在改革开放30年的今天还值得我们认真思考,对我们在科学发展观指导下构建社会主义和谐社会、促进我国全面实现小康的目标、完成自近代以来数代中国人盼望国家繁荣富强的梦想仍然富有启发意义。
