基于食用植物油介电特性的试验研究

摘    要:分析了农产品介电特性的测试原理和食用植物油介电特性机制,以食用植物油为试验对象,研究了流体类农产品介电特性测试方法,自制了平行平板三电极结构的谐振替代测试装置,并利用该装置在一定的频率和温度范围内,探讨了食用植物油介电特性与频率和温度的关系。结果表明,频率和温度与食用植物油介电特性参数有相关性。
