Barricade除草剂残留土壤后对黑麦草生长发育的影响

摘    要:采用室内生物活性测定的方法,通过测定黑麦草的出苗率、叶色、株高和地上部鲜质量等生理指标,研究Barricade除草剂残留土壤后对黑麦草的药害。试验结果表明:Barricade除草剂残留土壤30 d内,对黑麦草的出苗率、叶色、株高及地上部鲜质量都有一定程度的影响,且药剂剂量越大影响越大,随着播种时间的推移,Barricade残留土壤后对黑麦草生长发育的影响逐渐减少;残留药后45 d播种黑麦草,Barricade除草剂对黑麦草的出苗率及叶色基本无影响。Barricade除草剂在黑麦草播种前45 d以上使用,有效成分用量为585~780 g/hm2时对黑麦草相对安全。

Abstract:By taking the method of indoor bioassay,the injury of the soil residual of Barricade herbicide on ryegrass was studied with the measurements of seedling emergence rate,leaf color,plant height and fresh weight of shoot etc.The results showed that: the soil residual of Barricade herbicide had influence on the seedling emergence,leaf color,plant height and fresh weight of shoot of ryegrass within 30 days.And the greater the impact the higher the application level.The impact of the soil residual of Barricade on...
