巴彦淖尔市临河区光肩星天牛生物控制技术研究

摘    要:光肩星天牛在内蒙古巴彦淖尔市仍有发生,2007-2010年对其进行了生物控制技术示范试验。应用球孢白僵菌含孢量6亿/mL塞孔当年防治效果达到100%,4亿/mL当年防治效果达到93.65%,持续防治效果达到100%。在新疆杨林地内每5株新疆杨混交1株小美旱杨,对光肩星天牛引诱率最高为93.97%,是最佳选择。花绒寄甲成虫具有一定的控虫能力,但只能释放在城区挡风、阳光充足的杨、柳、榆树上或楼前的阳面,当年的防治效果是69.13%,到第2年7月初的防治效果是77.85%,为最好。

Abstract:Anoplonora glabripennis Motsch still occurs in Bayannaoer,Inner Mongolia.From 2007 to 2010,the demonstrative test on biological control has been done.The current-year controlling effect can reach 100 percent for pluging holes by use of Beauveria bassiana(bals) Vuill with spore content at 600 millions per mL,the one can reach 93.65 percent with spore content at 400 millions per mL,and its sustainable controlling effect can reach 100 percent.It's the best choice to mix to plant one Populus popularis with five Populus alba var.pyramidalis Bge.in Populus alba var.pyramidalis Bge.forestland,which the highest luring rate to Anoplonora glabripennis Motsch is 93.97 percent.The adults of Dastarcus helophoroides can control Anoplonora glabripennis Motsch when they're released on poplar,williow and elm trees planted in windbreak and sunny place as well as the southern side of buildings.The current-year controlling effect is 69.13 percent,and it is 77.85 percent in July next year,which is the best.
