采食高营养水平饲粮早期断奶羔羊禁饲状态下消化道pH及消化酶活性的研究

摘    要:研究了采食高营养水平饲粮早期断奶羔羊禁饲状态下其皱胃、胰腺和小肠pH及消化酶活性.按同质原则将24只1月龄断奶杂交羔羊(无角陶塞特♂×寒滩♀)分为3组,接受3种高营养饲粮,3种饲粮精粗比分别为97.64∶2.36、91.88∶8.12、86.14∶13.86,能量水平分别为14.54、13.97、13.36 MJ/kg,粗蛋白水平分别为25.30%、23.03%2、0.73%.饲喂65 d后,禁食24 h屠宰,测定羔羊皱胃、胰腺和小肠pH及消化酶活性.结果表明:高营养水平饲粮对羔羊胰腺、皱胃和小肠各段黏膜和内容物pH影响不大,对消化道各段分泌的主要消化酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05).十二指肠、空肠各段、回肠黏膜pH在6.55~6.86,十二指肠、空肠前段和空肠中段内容物pH为6.30~6.69,空肠后段、回肠内容物pH在7.22~7.73.胰蛋白酶活性在回肠最高,糜蛋白酶活性在各肠段无显著差异,α-淀粉酶活性在空肠中段和回肠最高,脂肪酶活性在空肠中段最高.

Abstract:The alimentary tract pH and digestive enzymes activity of early weaned fattening lambs with high nutritional feed when fasting 24 hours were studied.Twenty-four individuals of crossbreed lambs(Poll Dorest ♂×Small-tail Han×Tan ♀,50 days age) were divided into three groups at three high nutritional levels.The ratios of concentrate to roughage of three nutritional levels were 97.64∶2.36(A),91.88∶8.12(B),and 86.14∶13.86(C);crude protein rate were 25.30 %,23.03 % and 20.73 %,energy levels were 14.54,13.97 MJ/kg and 13.36 MJ/kg respectively.The results showed that different high nutritional levels had no significant effect on pH of pancreas,abomasums and intestine mucous and content(P>0.05).And different nutritional levels had no significant effect on activity of digestive enzymes of the fatte ning lambs(P>0.05).The pH of mucosa was 6.55~6.86 in duodenum,jejunum and ileum.The pH of content was 6.30~6.69 in duodenum,anterior segment and middle piece of jejunum.The pH content was 7.22~7.73 in posterior segment of jejunum and ileum.Activity of trypsin was the highest in ileum,while there was no significant difference on activity of chymotrypsin intestine,Activity of α-amylase was the highest in middle piece of jejunum and ileum,while activity of lipase was the highest in middle piece of jejunum.
