| 摘 要： | 选用3月龄、6月龄、周岁以及成年4个年龄段的波杂山羊(波尔山羊×徐淮白山羊),采用气相色谱/质谱技术测定了不同年龄段波杂山羊肌肉脂肪酸的组成.结果表明:在所测得的24种脂肪酸中,C10∶0、C12∶0、14-甲基-C14∶0和14-甲基-C16∶0等4种脂肪酸随年龄变化表现出显著或极显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中,支链脂肪酸随年龄增长明显增加,4个年龄组间表现极显著性差异(P<0.01);随着年龄的增长,饱和脂肪酸相对含量逐渐减少而不饱和脂肪酸呈递增趋势,但4个年龄组间均无显著差异(P>0.05);奇数碳脂肪酸在4个年龄组间含量相对稳定,无显著变化(P>0.05).
