| 摘 要： | 多聚半乳糖醛酸酶抑制蛋白(PGIP)是一种特异性结合并抑制真菌内切多聚半乳糖醛酸酶活性的细胞壁结合蛋白,迄今已在20多种植物体内发现了多聚半乳糖醛酸酶抑制蛋白。综述了国内外近几年有关PGIP基因研究、PGIP在植物抗病中的作用以及在抗病育种中应用的研究成果。 |

| Abstract: | Polygalacturonase-inhibiting proteins(PGIP) are primarily localized in the cell wall and endoplasmic system,and are an inhibitor of endo-polygalacturonase from fungi,thus refrain plant from fungal infection.So far,PGIP has been discovered in 20 species of plants.In this paper,we review the properties of PGIPs,molecular aspects of their interaction with PG and their possible application to the development of disease-resistant transgenic crop plants. |
