| 摘 要： | 为客观评价石羊河流域群众的节水意识,对该流域群众节水意识的现状进行了实地调研和问卷调查,并采用德尔菲法(Delphi)和层次分析法(AHP)建立石羊河流域群众节水意识评价指标体系。指标体系共设3层,9个指标。根据各层指标权重,通过模糊综合评价模型对问卷调查结果进行定量分析。结果显示:石羊河流域群众节水意识强、中、差的比例分别为64.54%、23.47%和9.11%,流域大部分群众具有较强的节水意识。
