| 摘 要： | 研究了感染CMV,PVY后的烟草对介体烟蚜的种群及蜜露排泄的影响。结果表明,PVY病株有助于介体烟蚜种群数量的增长;CMV病株在接蚜初期,不利于烟蚜若蚜的存活与发育,但到后期种群数量与健株之间无明显差异。24 h内,以PVY病株上烟蚜的蜜露排泄量最大,健株次之;CMV病株最少。

| Abstract: | Population and honeydew of the aphid Myzus persicae (Sulzer) were measured on virus-free and virus-infected tobacco plants. The principle objective was to evaluate if various viral infections affected aphid performance differently . The results showed that population of aphid was more on PVY-infected tobacco plants than on the healthy plants and CMV-infected plants. Myzus persicae excreted more honeydew on PVY-infected tobacco plants than on the healthy plants and CMV-infected plants. |
