四川紫色土壤中土著大豆根瘤菌的资源分布

摘    要:调查四川紫色土壤中土著大豆根瘤菌分布状况的结果表明。土著根瘤菌数在种植大豆的紫色土中为33~1500个/g干土;未种植大豆的土中为2.5个/g、3.8个/g干土;水稻土壤没有测出。这些土著大豆根瘤菌与大豆品种的共生有效性不同,自贡5号、川农早熟1号的浸染力和固氮性比泉水3号强,但不及基因工程菌株HN32。

Abstract:The population of the indigenous soybean nodulating r hizobia in the Sichuan purple soils was investigated in this study. The results showed that the number of the indigenous populations were 33-1500 per gram dry soil in the soybean planted purple soils. However, the population was 2.5, 3 .8 per gram dry soil in the non-soybean planted purple soils. There were no i ndigenous soybean nodulating rhizobia existing in the paddy rice purple soils. The symbiotic effect of the indigenous strains on soybean cultivars was differen t. They were more effective on the cultivars Zigong 5 and Chuannong 1 than on t he Quanshui 3. The genetic engineered strain HN32 was more effective th an the indigenous strains.
