| Abstract: | Creativity is the motivation of the development of science and technology, and the practice section is the most impor- tant component in bringing up students＇ creativity. The engineering practice and innovative design capability of students were cultured by experimental tuition, self design course and creativity competition of the course Basic Mechanical Design, which were mainly dis- cussed in this paper. |
