摘    要:为更好将低碳理念融入到EPC项目的整个建设过程中,实现其EPC项目总承包商资格预审评价的科学化、规范化和标准化,构建低碳理念下EPC项目总承包商资格预审评价指标体系,并用层次分析法及模糊综合评价法,确定指标权重和评价得分值,由此得到综合结果,从而提高综合评价的准确性及可靠性,为实现EPC项目总承包商资格预审综合评价的标准化建设提供可行的理论参考及实践价值。

Abstract:In order to integrate the low-carbon concept into the overall construction process of EPC projects preferably, and a- chieve scientific, specific, and standardized prequalification evaluation on the general contractors of EPC projects, the evaluation in- dex system on general contractor prequaIification of EPC projects was established based on low-carbon concept. In addition, the ana- lytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were applied to determine the index weights and evaluation scores, and the comprehensive results were obtained. In this way, the accuracy and reliability of the comprehensive evaluation results were improved, which provided a feasible theory reference and practice value for achieving the standardization on comprehensive evaluation of prequalification of EPC project general contractors.
