| 摘 要： | 本文在大量试验和实际调研的基础上,研究出陇东黄土塬区城市由于排水下塬引起的严重水土流失和地质灾害问题的原因,主要是由于黄土塬土壤的性质和当地降雨特性及城市化等诸多因素影响的结果。采取一切科学而又可行的措施将排水尽可能截流在塬上,实现资源化利用,是解决问题的有效手段。研究同时还得出黄土塬地表水下渗的规律是以垂直裂隙下渗为主,这为该地区雨污水资源化利用提供了理论依据。在此基础上提出了雨水可以下渗,污水严禁直接下渗的资源化利用方案。 |

| Abstract: | The massive experiments and actual investigation showed that the serious soil erosion and geological disaster problem which was caused by draining water at the loess plateau region city of east Gansu,were mainly because the loess plateau soil nature,the local rain characteristics and the urbanization and so on.In order to realize resources utilization,adopting all scientific and feasible measures to hold the drain water on the plateau is an effective method.At the same time the research also obtained the rule that the loess plateau surface water permeates primarily was vertical crevasse under infiltration.This had provided the theoretical basis for utilizing rain and sewage resources in this region.An useful plan was proposed that the rain water may infiltrate,but the sewage strictly prohibited directly infiltrating. |
