藏角蒿花挥发油的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的]对藏角蒿花中挥发油的化学成分进行研究。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取藏角蒿花中的挥发油,用毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分析,以面积归一法测定各个成分的相对百分含量。结果]共分离出24个峰,鉴定了其中23个化学成分,占挥发油总量的99.59%。结论]藏角蒿花中挥发油的主要成分为十六酸(31.66%)、二十三烷(15.76%)、9-己基十七烷(8.37%)、十四酸(7.96%)、2,15-十六烷二酮(7.20%)等。
