| 摘 要： | 在阿月浑子继代培养基中设置K^＋浓度分别为0，10，20，30，40mmol／L5个处理，调查分析阿月浑子芽苗的增殖系数、褐变率和总酚含量。结果表明，随着K^＋浓度的增加，阿月浑子芽苗的增殖系数增加，总酚含量与褐变率下降，各处理间差异显著。当K^＋浓度为30mmol／L时，增殖倍数最大为3．656，总酚含量与褐变率最低，分别为5．10mg／gDW和14．51％；当K^＋浓度继续增加到40mmol／L时，增殖倍数下降，总酚含量与褐变率略有增加，褐变率与总酚含量呈正相关关系，相关系数为0．9397。K^＋可能影响到酚类物质的生物合成，进而影响到褐变率和芽苗的增殖。
